Boundaries of local QA, protected submissions and named individual copyright.
What remains unverified
- Production: no live Cloudflare hostname, DNS, actual HTTP headers or CDN configuration has been independently checked by this release.
- Political records: government office turnover and external resource uptime can change after the dated snapshot.
- Source authenticity: user-supplied screenshots are not recast as independent platform retrieval.
- Accessibility: browser and static lint cover many issues, but do not replace comprehensive manual assistive-technology review.
- Security: static generation removes public write endpoints; it cannot prevent compromise of the publisher's Cloudflare account or workstation.
- Performance: local transfer sizes do not substitute for network/real-device field data.
Privacy and legal boundaries
