How F-117A publishes without a public editor

The reporting workflow uses reviewed source records and complete static-site releases, rather than a public login or database-backed publishing portal.

EDITORIAL DISCLOSURE

This document describes F-117A's publishing process. It is not a review of any elected official or a claim verdict.

01 Publishing is a review, not a live form

An editor gathers a public statement, its complete surrounding context, dated primary records and competing evidence. The analysis is drafted separately from the live website. Publication takes place only after a source and attribution review.

When content is approved, the static publishing build creates an article at a permanent address and regenerates its newsroom links. If the article names an officeholder, its exact permanent person ID determines where related coverage appears. The public website has no content-writing API or visitor-accessible editorial login.

02 What can and cannot be promised

Visitors cannot edit public articles using the website itself. Publishing credentials belong to the site's hosting account, not to an on-site editor. Account protection and review of every uploaded release remain essential.

A published conclusion must cite the evidence it actually uses. Uncertain or unsupported assertions remain in private working material, not in the public archive. Automated checks detect malformed records and invalid person assignments, but they do not prove the accuracy of a political claim.

03 Visible revisions and corrections

Material changes require an updated date and recorded reason. Corrections display on the article and appear in the public publication ledger. Withdrawing an article leaves a visible notice at its established URL rather than silently recycling the address.

Prior release ZIP files are retained by the publisher for rollback. Rebuilding a new release is not a substitute for an archive of original documents and fact-checking notes.
